The 31 Group team is actively looking for a creative and responsible SMM Specialist! Together, we will increase visibility and attract new supporters to achieve the goals of our social projects. Currently, it is the crowdfunding platform My City, the GladPet animal welfare project, and the fundraising platform Report.

Your skills:

Soft Skills:

  1. Experience of working in the public sector or with a military theme of 6 months or more will be an advantage.
  2. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the team and contractors (designer, developer, communication manager, project manager)
  3. Organization: ability to effectively manage time, plan and coordinate tasks, meeting deadlines.
  4. Creativity: the ability to generate ideas for interesting and original content that can attract the attention of the audience and lead to the achievement of set goals.
  5. Communication and empathy in cooperation with shelter curators, authors of social projects, philanthropists, colleagues.
  6. Be able to independently plan, initiate, take responsibility for your decisions, pay attention to details.

  • Experience with graphic editors (Figma, Photoshop, Canva), video editing applications (VN, Caption, CapCut and others).

  • Free use of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) .
  • Copywriting: the ability to create clear, understandable and interesting text for different audiences and platforms7. Understanding the principles of working with different segments of CA, TOV.

    1.1. Writing and optimizing text for posts in social networks.

    1.2. Creating visual content for posts and advertising creatives in graphic editors.

    1.3. Writing scripts and editing video content for Reels and TikTok.

    2. Working with the content plan:

    2.1. Creating a regular content plan for social networks: Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok.

    2.2. Planning posts according to company goals and target audience triggers.

    2.3. Coverage of current information drives and situations in social networks.

    2.4. Creation of stories in the storytelling format.

    2.5. Planning and implementation of interactive content: raffles, quizzes, surveys, etc.

    3. Tracking basic indicators of audience interaction with content, analysis and optimizationand content, reporting.

    4. Audience engagement: responding to comments, reactions and messages, facilitating engagement and attracting new audiences.
