SMM, Project manager in Sportimen Ltd

Our team is looking for an SMM-Project Manager. We are looking for a talented specialist who has experience in marketing and advertising, understands the mechanics of affiliate programs and has project management skills. Requirements: 2 years of SMM experience; Understanding of affiliate marketing principles; Ability to analyze, optimize and improve affiliate campaigns traffic; Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms; Development of content plans; Development of a strategy for promotion and presence in social networks for the brand based on market analysis and CA; High self-organization and responsible attitude to the performance of work duties. Duties: Development and implementation of SMM strategies with a focus on affiliate traffic; Analysis of campaign results and identification of opportunities for optimization; Creation and publication of interesting content (posts/stories/reels) for social networks Instagram, FB, Twitter, Pinterest, Quora, Reddit, others; Full management of several accounts at the same time; Working with a large amount of information; Setting tasks for writers, designers, video makers.
