SMM Project Manager in Human agency

Hello! We at Human Agency are looking for a cool  SMM Project Manager who is ready to take on cool projects .

What will be included in your tasks:

• Managing several clients on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok — understanding their needs and implementing them.
• Development and implementation promotion strategies, creation of visual concepts for social networks.
• Preparation of a content plan, agreement with the client and regular publication of materials.
• Generation of creative ideas for publications and their implementation together with the team.< /li>
• Organization of the work of the team: copywriter, designer, target specialist, content maker, operator.
• Achieving the set goals for each project.
• Preparation of reports and communication with clients on all stages of cooperation.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 1 year experience in SMM (agency or SMM studio).
• Ability to create strong brand strategies, content plans and successfully implement.
• Ability to understand the specifics of each project and select the optimal tools.
• Ability to interact flexibly with different team members.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work at a fast pace .
• Experience working with influencers will be a big plus.
• Important: we are looking for a person who is located in Kyiv.
