SMM marketer in Medilend, MC

We are looking for a talented SMM-marketer to join the team of the marketing department of "Mediland" MC!

Main duties:

• maintenance of SMM communication strategy
• drafting of a monthly content plan
• content creation in accordance with KP
• maintenance of public and pages
• interacting with the audience, responding to comments and feedback
• conducting activities
• creating and optimizing advertising campaigns
• setting and conducting targeted advertising
• operational analysis and control of effectiveness according to KPIs
• monthly reporting and adjustment of the work plan
• studying and implementation of current trends in SMM marketing and content aimed at for continuous improvement

It is important for us:

• work experience
• higher or partial higher education ( marketing will be an advantage)
• excellent understanding of social media tools and algorithms
• video and image editing skills, fluency with relevant tools
• ability to build engaging storytelling around a product/brand< /li>
• skills in applying a creative approach to creating advertising content
• knowledge of the basics of copywriting and an appropriate level of grammatical skills in Ukrainian speech and spelling
• experience and skills in working with Adobe Photoshop/Figma or with other graphic and video editors and programs
   developed soft-skills
