SMM Manager (Universe Group) in Universe Group (Genesis)

We are looking for a creative SMM Manager to be part of a powerful communications team. In this role, you will work on strengthening the Universe Group brand on social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook).

Universe Group is a Ukrainian company that launches global IT - products. In the Universe group of companies, they create mobile applications and web platforms to simplify and improve the quality of people's lives.

For six years, Universe Group has built three successful businesses - Guru Apps, Forma, Wisey, and we are also developing our own R&D -center. The company's products are used by almost 63 million people from 180 countries around the world.

In the role of SMM Manager in our team, you will focus on promoting the employer brand: on the one hand, you will help the business to find great specialists in the team, on the other hand, you will help people in their job searches. Admittedly, we are bold and open to testing different formats and approaches when creating content, so any creative ideas you have that will help you achieve your goals will have room to be realized. In addition, you will be regularly involved in the organization of various educational partnerships and initiatives.

This position involves a hybrid format - you will be able to combine work in the office 2-3 days per a week with a remote. The location is Kyiv.

Your future tasks:

• Creating a content plan for social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Development and search for new categories for posts and stories.
• Working with moderation and providing timely answers to requests.
• Writing scripts and filming on the phone for social networks (Stories, Reels).
• Tracking trends and preparation of situational content.
• Analysis of your work (monthly track and analysis of the effectiveness of social media management).
   

What you need to join us:

• From 2 years of commercial experience in the role of an SMM specialist.
• Have experience in creating content plan and work with texts.
• Be able to shoot on a phone (Stories, Reels).
• Have cases of implementation of new ideas and approaches in work.
• Analyze your work and be able to work according to KPIs.
• Negotiation and teamwork skills.

• Editorial or journalistic education.
• Experience in launching advertising campaigns.
• Skills for working in Figma.
