Workers Platform is an international company providing personnel leasing and cleaning services for clients in the EU since 2017. Our clients are hotel chains and service companies in Poland, Austria and Germany.
We are actively growing and expanding the team, so we are looking for a creative and systematic SMM manager who will help strengthen our presence in social networks and increase the number of quality leads. 400">
Formation and creation of content for social networks.
Maintenance and development of company pages in social networks.
Development and implementation of a content plan.
Work with graphic editors (creation of visual content).
Work with a target specialist and participation in the launch of advertising campaigns.
Analyzing the sources of leads and effectiveness of advertising activities.
Testing new hypotheses, content formats and advertising tools.
Initiating alternative solutions for scaling and justifying additional advertising budget.
Want join our team? Then you are the ideal candidate if:
You have at least 1 year of direct experience in managing social networks and developing and introducing a content plan.
You have graphic editors (Canva/Photoshop or others).
You have competent Ukrainian language (oral and written communication), and also speak English at least B2 level.
