(We have a production team) Development and implementation of the strategy of media campaigns on the Tik-tok platform Selection of the target audience and positioning of advertising messages; Constant monitoring and analysis of campaign results for the purpose of optimization; Regular reporting on the productivity and effectiveness of campaigns; Budget management and setting optimal spending levels. Requirements: Experience in a similar position; Confident mastery of Tik Tok platforms; Understanding of algorithms, trends and video authenticity; Knowledge and understanding of the basic principles and methods of media planning; Creative thinking and the ability to create cool scenarios from the director's side; Excellent communication and organizational skills; High responsibility and independence in decision-making.
