Smm manager, targetologist in AS-Step

We are looking for an SMM manager, target specialist (full-time, in the office) to join the team. Work in the fashion industry on the Ukrainian and European markets. We will consider candidates who: have 2+ years of experience as an SMM specialist; understand Facebook and Instagram algorithms; track and use modern trends in SMM; have experience working with targeted advertising in Facebook Ads; know how to work with Google Analytics; understand the basic principles of Internet marketing; have a portfolio (list of accounts, analytics boxes for targeting); have creative thinking. You will be responsible for: studying the needs of the target audience; developing promotion strategies in social networks; drawing up a content plan; setting tasks for the designer, photographer; setting up targeted advertising; analyzing the results of campaigns and preparing reports with performance indicators.
