We invite to our SMM team a manager with the function of a targetologist who will contribute to the growth of recognition of Digital Beauty brands in Ukraine! Main duties: Creation of a content plan and visual layout; Creation of story and post designs; Writing texts for posts and stories in the Ukrainian language; Posting in social networks according to the plan; Analysis of the work of social networks and improvement of indicators; Development of creatives and writing texts for targeted advertising; Participation in the organization of planned shootings; Searching and collaborating with opinion leaders, experts and Instagram bloggers; Creating content concepts for promotional campaigns of influencers; Setting up advertising campaigns; Managing the advertising budget and calculating the effectiveness of investments; Reporting and analysis of the results of advertising campaigns. Our ideal candidate: Experience of 2 years in a similar position, or in the position of Internet marketing, digital department. Confident user of Figma and other photo and video editors. Likes and knows how to write texts. Interested in cosmetics and related niches. Likes to be creative, but works in a structured and organized manner. Able to convey the value proposition of the brand and see the "pains" of the client. Works productively in multitasking mode. Marketing approach , understanding the peculiarities of sales in social networks.
