SMM manager, target expert in EMS hub

We are a modern EMS studio that helps people train effectively and achieve results quickly. We are looking for a creative and active SMM manager who will manage our social networks, and a target specialist - who will provide the studio with visits. 

Who we are looking for:

1. Knowledge of SMM (how social networks work, attracting an audience); 
2. Practical skills of successful targeted advertising in our niche or similar; 
3. Ability to analyze indicators (reach, transitions, applications); 
4. Ability to attract customers through barter collaboration, media channels and UGC.
5. Good command of Canva and/or similar services. Availability of a portfolio.
6. Practical skills of working with AI systems to create visuals.

What needs to be done:

1. Creation and implementation of a content plan for Instagram/Facebook/TikTok (posts, stories, reels);  
2. Creation and implementation of a marketing plan for targeting; 
3. Tracking of results and improvement of advertising companies, barter cooperation and biotraffic.
