Your main tasks:

• Maintenance of company pages onInstagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube;
• Development and implementation of SMM strategy: creation of a content plan, publications, rubric;
• Shooting of photo and video content at the factory, in the laboratory, during company events;
• Writing texts for posts and captions for videos in a uniform brand style;
• Setting up and optimization of advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads);
• Analyzing the effectiveness of publications and advertising, generating reports;
• Communication with subscribers: responses to comments and messages;
• Cooperation with the marketing department to implement creative ideas.

Requirements:

• Experience of working as an SMM manager or target analyst from 1 year;
• Skills of creating content (filming, scripts, copywriting);
• Understanding the principles of B2B and B2C promotion brands;
• Ability to work with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube Studio;
• Creativity, responsibility, systematicity;
• Competent written Ukrainian language.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in the industrial or production field;
• Skills in working with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
