Basic skills of working with: design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator); mobile applications for creating stories/reels/posts/; AI (Chat GPT, Midjourney); programs for creating videos and animations (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects); task managers; services that automate posting; technical documentation on the project (backlog). Knowledge of the Business Meta cabinet and skills in working with Meta Suite analytics. Basic knowledge of Google analytics. Ability to create, present and defend large-scale, long-term multi-platform SMM strategies for business (on 3-6-9-12 months). Ability to create structured KPs, scenarios, storytellings, briefs for various social networks. Skills of forming and submitting clear TORs. Skills of long-term promotion of projects in the field of service provision. Deep knowledge of SMM and modern trends in social networks, ability to adapt them to brand content. Experience of working "in unison" with the advertising department, creating communication and positioning of advertising campaigns. Skills of competitor, product and CA analysis. Skills of writing scripts for videos, organization of filming. Skills of analyzing the effectiveness of various promotion channels, advertising campaigns. Skills of increasing activity users in communication with the brand. The ability to adapt content for use in various social networks. Understanding and skills in building A/B testing. Skills in the logical construction of cross-platform sales funnels in social networks. Skills in building a logical structure of funnels in Miro or Mural. selling" storytelling in social networks. What tasks await you: Creation of a large-scale multi-platform PR strategy for all company platforms (Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik-Tok, YouTube, Twitter). Creation of a long-term SMM strategy with the Marketing Director. Management analytics and reporting. Development of sales funnels in social networks. Timely publication of posts and stories for all social networks. Editing and publication of videos and stories. Regular analysis of competitors and the creation and testing of hypotheses to strengthen the interaction of subscribers with the company's social networks. Participation in the analysis of the effectiveness of strategy and advertising in social networks. Transfer of TK to the designer and copywriter + implementation control. Communication with the team within the marketing department and other departments of the company. Search and agreement on the organization of collaborationsin social networks.
