UAnimals is a non-governmental organization and charitable foundation dedicated to rescuing animals from cruelty and the consequences of war. Projects include: organization of evacuations of animals from war zones, reconstruction of shelters, sterilization program, delivery of humanitarian aid, comprehensive assistance to shelters, educational projects, writing draft laws, and much more. UAnimals. In this position, it is important to have strong creative skills, impeccable literacy, not to be afraid of challenges and responsibility for a large volume of work. We want to work with a person who knows how to convey important ideas and messages through content.

What should be done?

• Maintain the Ukrainian-language pages of UAnimals on Facebook, Instagram and Telegram.
• Write strong, lively, understandable texts that convey the essence and do not get lost in the tape. Tell emotionally, but without manipulation.
• Invent creative ideas and formats of posts.
• React in a timely manner to news, events and information drives, both inside the organization and outside - highlight it on the pages.
• Be deeply involved/involved in the internal processes of the organization.
• Work together with designers, videographers and colleagues from other departments of the organization.
• Write daily/monthly/project reports.
• Responsible for information collaboration: agreeing on the topics of joint posts, texts and visuals.
• Ensure that all necessary information is updated on social media pages (current aid projects, links, etc.).

• Write in a competent and humane language.
• Understand the basics of visual communication: which images and videos "work" better.
• Orientate in the topic of animal protection, war, social context.
• Be attentive to details.
• Keep focus and form priorities in a dynamic work environment: we have many chats, tasks and a large flow of information.
• Be empathetic - know how to talk about saving animals from war and cruelty, convey the importance of help and the idea of humane treatment of animals.
• Be ready for teamwork, synchronization goals and objectives.
