Vacancy: SMM Manager at SmartExpert

SmartExpert is a Ukrainian LMS platform for corporate training and employee development. For 5 years, we have been helping companies systematically build training, onboarding and team development in a single digital environment. Our product is used by HR teams and businesses that want to make employee training transparent, structured and effective.

We are currently looking for an SMM Manager to help strengthen the SmartExpert brand presence on social media and turn content into recognition, trust and new leads.

Your task is todevelop the SmartExpert brand in social networks through expert, stylish and strategic content.

You will:

• lead the company's Instagram and implement a content plan
• content
• prepare Reels and short videos (script + editing)
• create visuals for posts and stories (Figma / Canva)
• analyze content results and improve metrics
• participate in shootings and events

We are looking for you if you:

3+ years of experience in SMM
• worked with various niches (IT / B2B / HR / EdTech will be a plus)
• understand how content affects reach, engagement and lead generation
• have strong visual taste and attention
• able to combine content, design and strategy
• working with Figma, Canva, CapCut or similar
• proactive, responsible and able to work with business context

Format and conditions:

• Part-timeemployment
• Hybrid format work, periodic participation in filming or events in Kyiv is required
• Salary - fixed rate of $800
