Our services https://escharts.com and https://streamscharts.com - one of the largest public sources of streaming and eSports analytics in the world. You may also know us as the creators of Streams Awards - the main Ukrainian award for streamers.
Every day, a team of professionals develops and supports our services both remotely and in the office. We are united by passion and a high level of competence in everything related to development and analytics, sales and investments.
Now we are looking for a part-time SMM specialist to develop Ukrainian-language pages and communities. A person who is interested in the Ukrainian infospace, streaming/creators/gaming culture, and who wants to calmly and systematically run social networks, test ideas and grow together with the project.
What we focus on:
The main task in this position is the development and revitalization of Ukrainian-language pages.
Telegram - news, insiders, communication.
X (Twitter) & Threads - a lively dialogue is needed here, humor, reactions to trends and community building.
Instagram / TikTok — visual and Stories.
What to do:
Creating content in the Ukrainian language (posts, tweets, stories).
Generating ideas: "Let's do this!" - we love it.
Being in context: understanding memes, industry news (gaming, streaming) and responding quickly to them react.
Communicate with the audience in the comments (Tone of Voice: friendly, informal).
Basic analytics: what went/didn't go,simple takeaways and suggestions for the week ahead.
Our ideal candidate:
Social media experience from ~6 months or a strong portfolio/cases (even own projects).
Has flawless Ukrainian (written).
Understands the difference between content for LinkedIn and Threads.
Has experience with Figma (or similar) and experience working with a designer.
Ability to edit simple Reels/TikTok will be a plus.
Will be a plus: interest in streaming/creators, esports/gaming.
Has organizational skills: able to independently plan tasks and proactively involve others departments to implement ideas.
Ready to work in the Part-time format (~20 hours/week, flexible schedule, the main thing is the result).
