SMM manager remotely in SCANTECH

SMM specialist (freelance, remote, long-term)

SCANTECH is looking for an SMM specialist for long-term cooperation in the freelance format (FOP). We work in the niche of technical equipment for product quality control and have offices in different countries. Our goal is to build stable global communication through corporate pages and a network of ambassadors (personal LinkedIn pages of employees).

Main tasks:

1. Ambassador program (personal LinkedIn pages)

• Develop a network of ambassadors in close cooperation with the person in charge of social networks

• Find content that can be adapted and published through different pages (company news, achievements, case studies, installations, exhibitions, etc.)

• Maintain constant contact with ambassadors and keep the pace of publications (follow-up, coordination, planning)

• Monitor progress and, if necessary, adapt the approach, content and strategy

• Create a content plan and maintain its relevance

• Propose and launch new ideas/formats for the development of communication

• Prepare and adapt simple visuals using templates provided by the marketing team

2. SCANTECH Corporate Pages

• Maintain the SCANTECH corporate page on LinkedIn (main channel)

• Plan and publish content according to the content plan

• Coordinate publications with the marketing team and colleagues, collect necessary materials

• Prepare and adapt simple visuals using templates provided by the team marketing

3. Process and organization

• Set up a clear process for working with content and approvals

• Maintain order in tasks and deadlines in order to follow the development of the project and be able to adapt it

• Promptly raise questions if something blocks work or a solution is needed

What essential

• 2-3+ years of experience in SMM, preferably with a focus on LinkedIn

• English from B1+ (posts, correspondence, lots of communication, especially at the beginning)

• English writing skills: ability to edit AI drafts so that they sound natural and professional for LinkedIn

industries, personal branding, ambassador programs (will be a plus)
