SMM manager remotely in Codica

Let's get to know each other - we are an IT company Codica, which specializes in creating complex digital solutions For more than 9 years of experience, we have implemented numerous complex web solutions (including Marketplaces and SaaS) and mobile applications "from scratch".

Work format: completely remote.

We are looking, which will help promote our company's brand in social networks on Ukrainian market.

What we expect:< /span>

• Experience in writing texts: announcements, articles, posts.

• Expertise in working with social networks (Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

• Understanding social network algorithms.

• Ability to create creatives (images and videos).

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

• The ability to independently organize your work.

• Good social and communication skills.

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of SMM strategy.

• Planning , preparation and publication of content on Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube platforms.

• Preparation of e-mails and IT digests.

• Adaptation of existing content (articles, etc.) formats.

• Development of creative texts for social networks, partner websites.

• Starting advertising campaigns and analyzing their results.

• Search and development of new promotion channels.

• Creating simple designs for publications.

• Tracking and implementation of current IT industry trends.

What will really be +:

• Experience with YouTube and TikTok.

• Experience with Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.

• Experience editing short videos for Instagram and TikTok.

• Knowledge of Canva and Figma tools.

• Experience in working with advertising cabinets and running ads.

• Ability to generate visuals through Canva orChatGPT.

• English at the Strong Intermediate level.
