Tasks:
- Development and implementation of the company's promotion strategy in social networks (Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Creating a content plan and its implementation: writing texts, selecting visualizations, creating engaging posts.
- Management and moderation of the company's social networks, responding to comments and questions from subscribers.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of SMM campaigns and preparation of reports based on the results.
- Cooperation with designers, copywriters and other departments to create effective content.
Requirements:
- Experience as an SMM manager / Head of SMM for at least 2 years.
- Experience in promoting physical products (not services) is mandatory.
- Experience in creating and implementing content plans is a must.
- SMM's previous experience in product promotion in such areas as: FMCG, electronics manufacturing, wholesale, retail of electronics, household appliances, smartphones - will be a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in the Ukrainian language at a high level, the ability to create competent and interesting texts.
- Ability to analyze metrics and adjust the promotion strategy based on them.
- Skills in working with graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the basics of SEO and social media marketing.
