Main duties:
- Development and implementation of SMM strategy:
- Creation of a content plan for social networks (operational activities of the fund, informative posts, etc.).
- Planning and preparation of publications, posts, stories, videos and other forms of content.
- Creating content:
- Working with designers to create visual content, writing detailed technical tasks (TOR).
- Independent creation of graphic content using programs such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic video editing and editing (trimming, noise removal, blurring).
- Interaction with the team:
- Communication with designers, copywriters and other team members. Ensuring the authenticity of the information and compliance with the purpose of the publication.
- Interaction with the foundation's divisions to obtain media content and information, including further organization and distribution.
- Coordination of the work of the SMM department, ensuring compliance with deadlines.< /li>
- Analytics and reporting:
- Tracking of content performance statistics.
- Data analysis and preparation of weekly reports on campaign performance.
- Proposing improvements based on analysis.
- Social media management:
- Regularly updating content on social media.
- Interacting with subscribers, reply to comments and messages.
- Maintenance of the overall image of the page (visual design, information about the page, navigation).
- Monitoring the activity of competitors and trends in social networks.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Work experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Education: Professional education or certified courses in the field of SMM .
- Skills:
- Knowledge of the basics of marketing and branding.
- Fluency with content creation tools (Figma, Canva or similar, basic skills of working in video editors).
- Copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of the basics of analytics and the ability to use analytical tools to track the effectiveness of content.
- Ability to compile technical specifications.
