What do we expect? Confident mastery of tools and understanding of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin, X). Experience with YouTube will be an advantage. Competent command of written Ukrainian and English. Free orientation in social media trends, as well as social, political, cultural processes in Ukraine and the world. Systemic thinking and the ability to analyze information. Communicability. Proactivity. Ability to work with stakeholders. Time management and the ability to concentrate on the main thing. Main duties: Production of text content for social networks - texts for publications in various formats (from short tweets to explainers on cards), scripts for videos. Interaction with video engineers, designers, by content managers to create materials and produce TK. Posting in social networks, page moderation. Adherence to content production plans and schedules. Conducting social network analytics and preparing reports. Participation in creative and preparation of content plans. Communication with stakeholders. Mandatory requirements: Experience specialized work in the field of media, communications, public organizations, state institutions - at least 1 year. Running your own content projects (for example, blogs and channels in social networks) will be an advantage. Excellent command of the Ukrainian language. Fluency in English (not lower than B2 level). Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage. The ability to write competent, interesting, exciting texts in various formats . The ability to create graphic or video content for social networks will be an advantage. Understanding of the foreign policy of Ukraine and the international context.
