And today the Marketing Department of STB TV channel Starlight Media invites SMM to cooperate style="font-weight: 700"> manager.

Your tasks will be:

• content management (planning , creation, management) of project pages in social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Viber, TikTok);
• support of channel projects in parallel with the TV broadcast in real time;
• li>
• joint development of the main strategy for the promotion of reality projects and series;
• development of content for promotion in social networks;< /li>
• supporting communication with subscribers;
• creating additional unique content (backstage filming trips, interviews with by experts/stars/participants/creative groups);
• filming on a mobile phone and selection of the recorded video, independent editing of small videos, setting tasks for the editing director and designer, final editing;< /li>
• adaptation of the broadcast video of the TV channel for posting in social networks (cutting and/or editing of releases in Adobe Premiere);
• implementation of creative activitiesdigital campaign (idea development, filming, editing and graphic design control, content plan, campaign support in social networks).

Our expectations from you:

• successful work experience from the 1st yearin a similar position;
• basic skills in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, VN or any mobile video editor in the phone for mobile video shooting;
• understanding of digital trends, basic knowledge of the Internet -marketing and PR;
• competent Ukrainian language and adequate perception of criticism;
• willingness to work in a team, creativity and the ability to efficiently and quickly work with large volumes of information and tasks "for yesterday";
• involvement in the process and interest in a high result; 
• ability to analyze successes and mistakes in order to correct further work and achieve the overall result; 
• understanding in the topics of inclusion, social adaptation of veterans, gender equality, fight against stereotypes, fight against violence;
• actively following events in the country and having successful cases of self-implemented projects.
