Main responsibilities: Moderation of Discord, X (Twitter), Reddit (search for communities and communication with them, reposts); Creation and publication of interesting and meaningful content on our pages in social networks (Discord, X, Reddit); Interaction with the audience, replying to comments and messages; Also some help with other social networks (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok); Complementing the existing strategy and implementing new creative ideas. Requirements: Experience in SMM management will be an advantage (Only experience in Discord, X and Reddit), but we are willing to consider candidates without experience if they show great interest and have the relevant skills; Ability to create interesting and engaging content on social networks; Understanding of trends and features of working with various social networks (Discord, X, Reddit); Ability to work with analytics and reporting; High responsibility and organization; Creative approach and the ability to think strategically; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
