Requirements: a high level of expertise and practical experience in the field of marketing and design; knowledge of modern marketing tools and techniques; knowledge of technologies and experience in using Internet marketing tools; experience with Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Ads Manager; experience mastery of photo and video editors; high responsibility and orientation to results; sense of trends and the ability to translate them into content strategies; competent copywriting skills; project and operational management skills, the ability to manage contractors; understanding and ability to work with modern marketing channels. Main duties: managing pages in social networks (Instagram, Facebook): creating a content plan, writing texts, editing Reels; organizing professional photos and video shooting with contractors; participation in setting up targeted advertising. Analysis and correction; analysis of results and improvement; development of an individual advertising strategy subordinated to the goals and needs of the business; communication in Direct and in the comments with Instagram and Facebook followers of the company; copywriting (writing and posting of advertising texts), SMM; planning and conducting marketing campaigns; managing advertising campaigns and ensuring their effectiveness; creating and implementing social media strategies to support the brand and attract target audiences; managing social media content to increase engagement and user engagement; developing and implementing content marketing strategies to increase traffic; generating new ideas and promotion channels, writing texts for advertisements.
