We want people to feel comfortable and beautiful not only in outerwear, but also under it! We are looking for an energetic and creative SMM manager who will be responsible for promoting our brands. Our expectations from the candidate: 2+ years of commercial experience in SMM, maintaining FB, Instagram accounts; Knowledge of services for social network analytics; Experience in drafting a brand promotion strategy; Understanding of the basics of design, photo/video shooting, copywriting, features of each of the social networks; Ability to take beautiful, bright photos and videos; Skills in writing high-quality advertising texts ;Intermediate English+;Knowledge of photo and video processing software;Ability to sense trends and translate them into content strategies;High responsibility and result-oriented;Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.It will be a plus:Experience of working with B2B;Work experience in the EU countries, the States. Tasks Development and implementation of a comprehensive brand promotion strategy in social networks (FB, Instagram, Youtube); increasing the number of visitors, group members; Conducting e-mail newsletters, maintaining groups in Viber and Telegram; Searching and preparing content for the online store (articles, news); Working with bloggers; Preparing scenarios and content for filming, texts for posts; Participation in the organization of photo and video shoots; Preparation and editing of videos, layouts for the publication of posts and stories; Communication with the target audience in Ukraine, the EU and the States; Interaction with colleagues from other departments; Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and adjustment of strategies; Monitoring of trends, search new solutions and mechanics, research of the target audience and the competitive environment; Reporting to the management.
