Congratulations! I am Maryana, the HR manager of Fincar.com.ua, a marketplace for the sale of used cars on credit and leasing. We are a team of experts in car selection and financing that brings together professional car dealers and financial institutions to help the customer make the right choice and save time and money. 
Fincar develops the automobile and financial market of Ukraine and sets new standards. 
Now we have a lot of ambitious development plans, and in order to achieve them faster, we are looking for new people in our marketing department - a marketer, or an SMM specialist, a targetologist - ready to expand their knowledge in marketing.

We promise, it will be a lot of work, it will be difficult, but it will definitely be interesting! We are a strong team and we have a lot to learn!

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU?

• Focus on the result, communicative, analytical thinking;
• Attention to details, responsibility and ability to work in a team;
• Ability to learn quickly, desire and willingness to develop
• Creativity, ability to think outside the box
• Knowledge of basic digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), or the desire to master them
• Experience in SMM, Internet marketing, targeting, case studies will be an advantage< /b>
• Ability to create attractive and effective advertising creatives.
• Willingness to work in an office full-time, because we believe that only full involvement in the company's activities brings maximum results

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS POSITION
        

• Work with our social networks
  Create creative photo and video content
• Analyze the effectiveness of smm events and make adjustments
• Development and implementation of digital marketing strategies using various internet advertising channels.
• Creation and optimization of advertising campaigns in social networks and other online platforms.
• Working with the CRM system
