SMM manager in a content agency (a project for an older female audience)

We are looking for an SMM manager who will help systematically manage social networks and create understandable, useful and "human" content for an age audience. A candidate with or without experience is suitable - the main thing is to have an understanding of how social networks work and what an older audience reads.

Requirements:

• Work experience is not mandatory (but will be a significant advantage)

• Understanding the principles of social networks

• Competent, clear writing in Ukrainian

• Basic understanding of Instagram and TikTok (mechanics, content formats, trends)

• A great advantage will be a good understanding of the needs and behavior of older women audience

Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts in social networks (publications, stories)

• Answering comments and supporting communication with subscribers

• Analysis of competitors (content, presentation, sections, activities)

• Preparation of texts posts.

• Will be a plus:Photo processing skills

Conditions:

• Flexible schedule: you plan your working hours independently. Regularity, meeting deadlines and stable presence in work chats at agreed hours are important.

• Remote work from anywhere in the world: we consider candidates outside Ukraine. Sufficiently stable Internet and the ability to communicate.

• Format of interaction: setting tasks and editing - online, working according to the content plan, coordinating materials before publication.

• Paid test task: a small volume to test the style, logic of presentation and ability to work with content.
