DIM (https://www.mydim.com/) is a free music school with which you can quickly and dive deep into the musical experience and creative community. DIM provides informal education from practicing musicians mixed with live interaction in their circle.
What to do?
Create the presence and activity of the project in social networks (Instagram and Youtube, potentially Facebook, TikTok, X), based on the communication strategy, convey our messages and values to the audience
generate content ideas, work with the designer and production team on their implementation
Write short, catchy texts that captivate
Shoot and edit some video and photo content, including reports from our events
Identify and improve the effectiveness of our social media communications using appropriate analytics and AI tools
Increase the reach of our channels and the number of subscribers, in particular through targeted advertising and collaborations with partners and colleagues
What do you need?
Have a portfolio and several years of success and failure experience in a similar role.
It is good to know at least part of the listed social networks and tools. To be able to use graphic and video editors for mobile content.
Get high from your work and strive to developexactly in this direction.
Love music and people. Musical skills will be a plus.
Mastery of Ukrainian, have strong copywriting skills. Good English will be a plus.
