SMM Manager (Esports) in King Grup

We are looking for a SMM Manager to help develop the social networks of brands in the field of esports and iGaming.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the social networks of brands in the field of esports and iGaming (Instagram, Telegram, TikTok). social network analytics and monitor content effectiveness
• Analyze results (reach, interactions, retention, etc.) and improve content based on data
• Follow trends in e-sports, meme culture and social networks
• Participate in the preparation of special projects, contests and interactive mechanic

Must-have:

• You are well-versed in eSports and follow the main disciplines
• You have experience in iGaming
• 1-4 years of experience managing Instagram, Telegram and TikTok for brands
• There are cases of starting social networks from scratch or developing existing accounts
• You know how to build a content strategy and plan content for 6-8 weeks ahead
• You can work with several brands and keep a different tone of voice
• You know how to set tasks for the designer and control the result
• You understand the basic analytics of social networks (ER, Reach, CTR, etc.) and are able to draw conclusions
• You work with Google Sheets, Notion/Jira, Slack, basically - Figma and AI tools
• Independence, proactivity and willingness to work at a fast pace

• Working with UGC and influencers
• Starting contests and interactive mechanics
• Understanding trends and meme culture
• Personal interest in of eSports
• English level B2+
