Schedule

• Three days you work from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Then you rest for 3 days

Do you want to manage social networks (already have hundreds of thousands of followers) and work with quality content that thousands of people watch every day? You will be able to partially create content (20%), improve your skills and receive mentorship from a professional videographer and marketer

Requirements

• 1+ year in SMM / content management / client communications
• Ability to create design posts, for example in Canva
• Sincere passion for social networks
• Competent written Ukrainian

Advantage

• Video shooting/editing skills: Reels, TikTok, Shorts
• Have a sense of style and visual taste
• Basic knowledge of CRM - Bitrix24 adds a plus to karma

Personality

• Responsible, structured and result-oriented
• Stress-resistant and flexible in non-standard situations
• Able to hear "between the lines" and react correctly

Tasks

• You will moderate the brand's official pages - live, with character
• You will publish ready-made video content in 7 channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram
• You will direct the blogger - you will respond to comments and messages (there are scripts)
• You will collect contacts of potential customers - 20 numbers daily
• Management of Bitrix24 CRM - so that no request is lost
