We need a Content manager.

List of main duties:

• Creation of a content plan and writing of text materials.
• Setting of TK for the accompanying visual creative of the designer, execution control.
• Editing and improvement of the received additional text content, adaptation for different platforms.
• Posting of text, graphic and video content on websites and in social networks.
• Prompt input changes as necessary.
• Posting videos on YouTube (title, description, tagging).
• Managing SMM and moderating comments.
• Suggesting topics for materials.
• Taking comments from experts.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of posts, optimizing approaches, adapting to different platforms.

What is important to us:

• Experience in the field of SMM and content from 2 years.
• Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language and the ability to describe complex things in simple words.
• Skills in working with admins sites.
• Ability to think in categories of results, and not just "we published a post/wrote an article".
• Practical experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook.
• Ability to write texts from scratch: both for an expert article and for an easy post.
• Feeling the tone of the brand and the ability to adapt it to different formats.

Will be a plus:

• Work with Figma or Canva.
• Ability to write longer texts: guides, blogs.
