We are looking for an SMM manager for a young and promising team!

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced specialist who strives work with interesting and cool projects for the result and continuously develop in your field.

Required:

• Experience in SMM from 1 year;
• Residence in Lviv;
• Competent Ukrainian language;
• English level B2 will be an advantage;
• Ability to draw up a competent SMM strategy and commercial offer in presentation format;
• Ability to work with paid and free social media promotion methods;
• Ability to speak on camera will be an advantage;
• Ability to create cool photo and video - content for social networks (for posts and stories, Reels and TikTok) - you need to shoot and edit and process this content yourself;
• Ability to create content in Figma, Photoshop and other programs;
• The ability to work with targeted advertising on Facebook will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of all the latest trends and algorithms of Instagram and TikTok is mandatory;
• Experience of working with foreign projects will be an advantage.

  Working conditions:

  • Work in a warm team, we have our own comfortable office;
  • It is necessary to regularly go to shoot content for projects;
  • A significant advantage of our team is that the whole team works on each project, and therefore the result of our work is always excellent;
  • Working day from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: 00;
  • The increase in payment will depend on the number of projects you are willing to conduct at the same time without reducing the quality of work.

  Responsibilities: Create SMM strategies for agency clients client (make cool infographics for publications, shoot and edit videos for stories and Reels, write texts for publications);

• Take photo and video content;
• Fill pages with content;< /li>
• Set up paid advertising;
• Look for influencers for advertising;
• Promote social networks using paid and free methods;
• Generate cool ideas :)
• Be involved and proactive;
• Report on the work done.
