SMM manager, content maker in IT WGroup

We are expanding a creative (well) SMM manager (ku) to realize ideas for promoting the company's brand on social networks Instagram, Facebook, TikTok. Implementation of ideas and projects of various formats for clients from Europe, the USA, Australia and other parts of the world! What is important to us: Experience in the SMM field of 2 years or more, considers himself a middle specialist; Ability to implement relevant trends; Experience in creating video content; Possesses a word for writing texts (English); Understanding of all key metrics Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok; Ability to work with data analysis and reports. What will be included in your duties: Development and implementation of concepts for brand promotion in social networks; Development of promotion strategy; Search and implementation of ideas to attract the target audience and improve key metrics (reach, engagement); Active tracking of trends and changes in algorithms of social platforms; Development and approval of the content plan; Preparation and publication of content in social networks, according to the frequency specified in the content plan; Working with video content, writing scripts for Reels, shooting and editing videos; Writing texts in English and visual design of posts, Reels, Stories, etc.; Organization of activities in social networks: collaborations, live broadcasts, etc.; Development and implementation of content funnels (Reels — Stories — Highlights); Interaction with other departments and employees of the company (target specialist, copywriter, designer, etc.); Work with influencers: search them, negotiations, writing and monitoring the implementation of the TOR, evaluating the effectiveness of cooperation; Analyzing social network metrics and generating reports.
