Then come to us) MAIN DUTIES: Full management of several accounts (Ukrainian, English). Forming strategies for the development of social media pages. networks: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok. Plan SMM strategy and content plan for brand development. You will generate ideas, create content plans and scripts for videos in accordance with the company's TOV. You will monitor global content trends in TikTok and Instagram. You will conduct competitor research and benchmarking. You will develop a strategy for attracting followers through content. You will create new sections in social networks. You will implement and develop mechanisms for engaging the audience through stories (stories). You will generate ideas for stories on Instagram and writing texts. You will work with user content (UGC). Regular update of the feed, Stories, Highlights, Reels, live broadcasts and situational posts. Create creative content and search for references. Manage the company's image in social media. networks (receiving feedback from the target audience, influencing public opinion, informing about new products and promotions). Monitoring reviews and mentions of brands. Monitoring trends, finding new solutions and mechanics, researching the target audience and the competitive environment. Analysis and improvement results. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Fluency in Ukrainian and Intermediate English + Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok. Strong portfolio with cases. Availability of content creation equipment. Experience with photo and video editors. Feel the trends and be able to translate them into content strategies.
