For more than 10 years, the NGO "Tenth of April" has been protecting the rights of IDPs and the affected population, refugees and asylum seekers, stateless persons and those at risk of statelessness side by side with international partners (including the UN Refugee Agency in Ukraine, the international organization Oxfam , UNICEF (UN Children's Fund) and others), state and local authorities and the Ukrainian people. Currently, a number of projects aimed at helping IDPs of the war-affected population in 9 regions of Ukraine (Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Kharkiv, Donetsk) are being implemented oblast).The main location of work is Kropyvnytskyi, possible business trips to Cherkasy, Dnipro, other regions of activity of the NGO "Tenth of April" Office work and travel (events in the city and oblast, creation of content at various locations of the organization) Employment: 50%, part-time Requirements Literate Ukrainian (medium) , English (level B1-B2) Higher education (law, sociology, journalism, philology...) Understanding of the activities of the humanitarian public sector Work experience in SMM, communications in creative fields from 1 year Hard skills Copywriting, rewriting Experience in photography and videography Graphic design skills are a big plus (tasks are simple, programs — Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) Soft skills Communication Understanding and meeting deadlines Responsibility Attention to details Creativity, idealism Work in a team Quick search for solutions and determination Responsibilities Conduct interviews, write articles for publications in the format of reports and stories, in accordance with the requirements and guidelines of the NGO "Tenth of April" and partner organizations Take photos and videos, in accordance with the requirements of the NGO "Tenth of April" and partner organizations Process already collected texts, photos and videos Communicate with managers, employees based on content Communicate with suppliers based on corporate orders Adhere to humanitarian principles and policies of the organization Engage in internal administrative tasks We offer: Official employment, decent pay, work in a friendly and motivated environment.
