We dream of finding a person for long-term cooperation who will take over communication so that the founder can deal with the launch of new products and scaling. Requirements: School target audience — girls (80%), so we are looking for a girl 20-30 years old. A portfolio of works with a description of the goal and results. Independence, that is, you can give a person a task and not remind about its completion. Initiative. There will be moments when there will be few tasks or none at all, so it is desirable that a person knows how to find gaps in the business and offer ideas. This will be rewarded with bonuses. We will not be able to check initiative during the interview, so we simply outline the expectations. Willingness to learn and openness to feedback. Interest in the field of UI/UX design and education. CV with a photo and a link to social networks. Responsibilities: Prescribe the content strategy of the company. Prepare content to warm up the audience for product launches in advance (2-day intensives and 2-month courses). Publish 2-3 posts per week on Instagram. If there will be downloads for other tasks, 1−2 posts will be enough. The audience is designers, so the requirements for design quality are high, examples can be seen on the school's Instagram. Designing posts with feedback from a Senior designer. Making event covers according to a template in Linkedin and Facebook. Forming feedback from events according to a template. Tasks related to content on the site (filling, translation into English). Working conditions: Timely payment s/n times per month or once every 2 weeks. Review of s/p every six months. Paid vacation is calculated at 1.5 days per month worked, can be used as vacation or taken with money, i.e. 18 days per year or cash bonus. Access to the Pro version of Figma.
