SMM Manager (AI Content Editor) in Sharkskod, TOV

Critical requirements for the candidate:

• on "you" with graphic and video editors Adobe Photoshop, Figma, After Effects, etc. (only Canva in the arsenal - not considered)
• can create "stop-scrolling" AI creatives (Sora, Freep!k, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno, etc.)
• you have a high level of copywriting and storytelling
• talent in creating full-fledged creative turnkey from idea to implementation
• ability to communicate with complete "campaigns", not individual publications
• communicative and proactive
• already surprised the market with its creative content in areas with difficult technological / niche products and you have something to show

Functional duties:

• posting in social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, YouTube Shorts)
• generation of ideas for posts together with the SMM team
• trend search, competitor analysis and adaptation of content to the urgent formats of the Ukrainian market
• creation and implementation of ideas for static and video content
• writing creative texts
• coordination with contractors and marketing departments
• active participation in team brainstorming to create unique content
• systematic optimization of content to increase engagement and coverage
• working within the style guide and ToV
• multitasking

Nice to have:

• experience working with the gambling / gambling niche
• creating 3D design (even with AI)
