The iLION SMM manager vacancy involves: Development of content strategy: Creation and implementation of content strategy for social networks. The strategy should include regular social media posts (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), engagement campaigns and promotions. Content creation and adaptation: development of a variety of content, including photos, videos, infographics, that highlight the products, innovations and corporate culture of the brand. Audience engagement: regular communication with CAs on social media, including answering questions, commenting, managing feedback and stimulating discussions related to the agricultural industry (agricultural machinery — tractors and combines). Monitoring and analytics: using monitoring tools and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of the content, determine the most engaged audience segments. Collaboration with the team: Close cooperation with marketers, sales specialists, technical specialists of the central office, representative offices and dealers of the brand, as well as with external partners to ensure the achievement of overall marketing goals within the framework of conducting social network.
