We work in 6 countries: Ukraine, Poland, Moldova, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Uzbekistan. TOTIS has over 250 like-minded colleagues, and not easy titles. Now we are looking for an SMM manager. Requirements: Work experience of 3 years, the presence of a portfolio with SMM promotion cases is mandatory; The presence of promotion cases in beauty salons and online or offline stores will be an advantage; Skills of planning and analytics of indicators in various social networks; Skills of processing content in photo and video editors: Canva, Inshot, VSCO, Figma, Snapseed); Understanding of the principles of setting up targeted advertising through the Facebook ADS manager; Experience of conducting live broadcasts. Main functions and responsibilities Connections: Development of SMM promotion strategy Development of content plan: selection of content rubrics, planning of publications, work with hashtags, creation of visuals, writing of texts; Management of social networks: Instagram and Facebook Content generation (photo/video shooting), editing, correction; Work with influencers: search , organization of shootings, compilation of technical specifications, control of advertising output, search for cooperation formats, analysis of effectiveness); Setting technical specifications for the designer; Working with advertising (filling in the brief on the target, developing creatives for advertising campaigns) Organizing and conducting photo and video shooting with the team as needed Conducting live broadcasts raffles and contests Analysis of the effectiveness of SMM companies, work with analytical data of social networks, compilation of reports.
