SMM manager in AR.ELI, TOV

We are looking for an SMM manager in the marketing department to manage projects. We are expanding the team.

We know how to coolly develop social networks, create online stores and sell through them. It's so cool that many companies want to work with us. Therefore, we do not have enough time and you.

What will you do:

• Lead and control projects (content plan, daily stories + posts, tape planning)
• Engage in the preparation of filming and content creation

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Generate photo and video creatives for promotion (targeting)

• Test and analyze different strategies for brand promotion in social networks (we will help)

• Organize cooperation with bloggers

We have a small, but fun and productive a team in which it is very comfortable to work

From you we need:

• Understanding the basics of marketing, modern tools and technologies, knowledge of the basics of SMM and algorithms works of Instagram, Facebook and Google;
• Important! Competent written Ukrainian language, attention to detail, creativity;
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Canva and CapCut / InShot (knowledge of Photoshop, Figma will be an advantage)
• Be mobile and perform offline tasks ( filming, meetings)
• Experience in managing commercial pages
• Analytics and reporting
• Adherence to deadlines and the fulfillment of tasks 

The work is remote, but we meet 1-2 times a week in the office, so only Dnipro. You also need to shoot in different locations so that there are materials to fill the feed and create creatives
