We are waiting for YOU in the Academy of Advanced Aesthetics marketing team. In this at the moment we are looking for a SMM manager.

What would you like to see in your knowledge and skills:

• Perfect knowledge of the Ukrainian language, orally, in writing, perfect knowledge of grammar;
• Experience in SMM from the 1st year;
• Ability to write creative texts without water, which are sold according to ToV;
• Understanding the basics of marketing;
• You understand Instagram metrics, you know how to work with account statistics;
• A pumped viewership that you improve every day. You are aware of the main trends of SMM and the beauty sphere and are able to adapt them to your project;
• Possession of design skills, the ability to work in Canva or Figma graphic editors;
• Skills of photo and video shooting on telephone;
• Meeting deadlines and responsibility;
• Communication, literacy, empathy and a sense of humor are a must.

What we suggest you do:

• Participation in the development of an SMM strategy for the brand's social networks on Instagram (competitor analysis, CA analysis, creating a rubric, finding optimal ways to promote the brand, etc.);
• Development and implementation of a uniform visual style of the page. Design of posts and Stories, shooting and editing of photo and video content;
• Full management of Instagram pages;
• Participation in planning and organization of shootings for social networks;
• Creation of a content plan for a month;
• Copywriting: writing relevant texts for posts, Stories, briefs, TK for contractors, scripts for videos;
• Conduct advanced analytics and reporting in Google Sheets;
• Participation in marketing department brainstorms, communication and joint implementation of ideas.
