SMM manager in Kvich Yu., FOP

My name is Yulia, I am a digital marketer with more than 2.5 years of experience. I am currently looking for an assistant to a CMM specialist with 1 year of experience. This is full-time employment from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., but the work is remote and you must live in or near Lviv.

Requirements:

• Experience in SMM from 1 year;
• Competent Ukrainian language;
• Territorially located in Lviv or near to be able to come to filming 1 year/week for each project;
• Ability to create a competent SMM strategy in a presentation format;
• Ability to work with free methods of social media promotion;
• Ability to speak on camera will be an advantage, but not an either;
• Ability to create cool video content for social networks (for posts and stories, Reels and TikTok) - you need to shoot and edit and process this content yourself;
• Ability to create content in Figma, Photoshop and other programs;

• Knowledge of all recent trends and Instagram and TikTok algorithms is a must;
• Ability to work with analytics and evaluate the effectiveness of promotion.

Working conditions :

• Remote work, you can work at home, in a cafe or a co-working space;
• Once a week, a meeting where we will discuss projects and the latest news in the world digital;
• Friendly and favorable atmosphere in the team;
• Working day from 10:00 to 19:00;
• The increase in payment will depend on the number of projects that you are ready to lead at the same time without reducing the quality of work.

Responsibilities:

• Help in creating a smm strategy for clients (I teach); will correspond to the client's promotion strategy and goals (make cool infographics for publications, shoot and edit videos for stories and Reels, write texts for publications);
• Fill pages with content;
• Look for influencers for advertising ;
• Promote social networks with the help of free methods;
• Generate cool and interesting ideas;
• Be involved and proactive;
• Report on the completed job.
