What do we mean by SMM? He is a multi-disciplinary designer: web design, a bit of graphic design and UI/UX. If you lack experience in some direction, but you are ready to develop in it, this vacancy is for you!

And one more important point — we are considering candidates mainly from Odesa for convenient organization of offline team building and brainstorming sessions. The main work takes place online

What knowledge and skills you will need

• Figma

• Understanding of marketing principles

• Ability to define and analyze the target audience, create customer avatars (buyer personas/ICP).

• Ability to plan and organize (NOT run) paid advertising campaigns in social networks (targeted advertising and collaborations with influencers). 

• Excellent sense of aesthetics and combination of styles

• Can work on several projects simultaneously

• Attention to detail.

What awaits you

• Analysis of marketing decisions of industry competitors.

• Monitoring of current trends and generation of ideas for their adaptation to our projects.

• Development of content (without the design part and photo/video shooting - if desired) for posts, stories and reels for social networks. And publishing them at the scheduled time.

• Generation and validation of hypotheses to improve statistics, based on analytics data, target audience behavior patterns and competitor analysis.

• Development of monthly content plans.

• Develop promotion strategies together with the marketing team.

• Basic video editing (gluing, subtitles, etc.)
