Smart Project is a Ukrainian full-cycle game development product company. We have 15 years of experience in creating and promoting products in the Casual genre. We expect you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in an SMM Manager role
• in-depth knowledge of social media (Instagram, facebook, youtube, linkedin, etc.) and their tools, promotion mechanics
• skills in using analytical tools to analyze the campaigns carried out
• pumped viewership and understanding of market trends
• li> knowledge of copywriting and the ability to write texts of any format (posts, scripts, advertising materials) on IT and business topics
• the ability to generate ideas and analyze content through the prism of company goals
• ability to present ideas, arguing one's vision

Key tasks for a specialist :

• management of all smm processes in the company
• management of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and LinkedIn pages of the company
• conducting an in-depth analysis of competitors and the needs of the company in the field of smm
• development of smm strategy, content plan, filling in the rubric
• effective interaction with designers, production of TK for creating high-quality visual content
• writing scripts and filming for social networks (Reels, etc.)
• monthly analysis of social media performance and advertising effectiveness;
• generation of new ideas and their testing

Will be a plus:

• work experience in the field of IT or gamedev
• availability of successful cases in launching social networks from scratch
