SMM manager in Creative States

Your tasks: Development of social networks - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram; Communication with users in social networks, crisis communications; Preparation and implementation of SMM strategy; Formation of a content plan and its implementation in the main channels of social networks. Creation of competent and original texts (promo posts, entertainment and informational posts); Writing situational posts, monitoring info drives; Understanding how the algorithms of different platforms work; Analyzing the results, preparing recommendations for further improvement and development of the community around Creative States; Being cool and creative, subtly sensing the latest trends in marketing and SMM, and most importantly - timely to implement;) Our requirements: 2 years of SMM work experience; Successful experience in promoting brands in social networks; Copywriting skills, the ability to write interesting, bright texts; Experience with editing editors; Skills in graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva etc.); Knowledge of the English language (written) - Upper Intermediate level or higher; Independence, activity, creativity, innovation. We offer: We pay according to the upper market bar, reviewed once every six months. Employment according to the Labor Code, but if necessary, on vacation and who is to replace - let's agree.
