Requirements:< /p>

• Work experience: from 2 years in the field of SMM.
• Skills for working with social media: deep understanding of the functionality and specifics of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube.
• li>English language: not lower than B2 level.
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze data, conduct research and prepare reports.
• Multitasking: ability to work effectively in under conditions of multitasking.
• Teamwork: the ability to interact with a team, coordinate work with contractors.

• Skills for working with tools: experience with Meta Ads Manager, Canva, video editors , photo and video streams.

Responsibilities:

• < strong>Management of the company's presence strategy in social media:
• Creation and optimization of company profiles in social networks.
• Development and implementation of the company's presence strategy in social media.
• Creation of content for social networks:
• Planning and publication of content, development of a content plan.
• Preparation of technical specifications for posts (text, photo, video, etc.).
• For the ability to write posts independently.
• Planning and launch of advertising campaigns:
• Together with Digital - as a marketer, creating and launching advertising campaigns in social networks.
• Development of ideas and hypotheses to attract the target audience and increase brand recognition.
• Interaction with the audience to increase engagement: answers to questions, comments and feedback from the company's audience in social networks, conducting surveys.
• Analytics and reporting:
• Analysis of the effectiveness of social media campaigns, tracking indicators of audience engagement, conversions and others metrics.
• Compilation of reports on work results.
• Monitoring trends and competitors, strategy adaptation:
• Search for new methods to improve work with users.
• Maintaining the Mascot page within the platform.

• Planning, drafting posts, generating images and publishing content.
