SMM Manager in Boosty Labs

As a SMM Manager at Boosty Labs, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy. You will be responsible for managing all our social media platforms, creating engaging content, building our online community, and driving brand awareness.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is highly desirable
• Experience in building and managing social networks, including strategy planning and other related aspects
• Strong creative writing and content creation skills, with the ability to tailor content for various platforms and audiences
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving social media goals
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A keen eye for detail to maintain brand consistency and quality in all content

Responsibilities:

• Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and infographics, that align with the brand's voice and objectives
• Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure consistent and timely sharing of content across platforms
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media to engage with the audience, build relationships, and address inquiries or concerns
• Audience Analysis: Use social media analytics tools to track and analyze audience behavior, demographics, and engagement metrics to inform content strategy
• Manage CEO accounts and social media channels, including content creation and curation at Twitter and LinkedIn
• Foster a sense of community around the brand by creating and managing online communities on social media
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business objectives

• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, PR to ensure social media efforts align with overall business goals
