SMM Manager in CompassWay

Main responsibilities:

1. Social media management:
   • Planning and publication of content on Facebook and Instagram.
   • Creation and implementation of content strategies.
   • Interaction with followers, moderation of comments and replies to messages.

   • Analysis of the effectiveness of publications and campaigns.
2. SMS mailings:
   • Creating and sending SMS messages.
   • Analysis of the effectiveness of SMS campaigns.
3. Creative tasks:
   • Development of creatives for publications and advertising campaigns.
   • Creation of collages and graphic content for social networks.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in SMM and managing social networks (Facebook, Instagram).
• Ability to create and implement content strategies.
• Skills in working with graphic editors ( Photoshop, Canva, others).
• Experience in creating creatives and collages.
• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of conducted campaigns.
• Desire to develop and learn new tools and technologies.

Working conditions:

• Working in the Kyiv office St. Akademika Shalimova 48

• Schedule 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00
