SMM Manager in SevenPro

About you:
SevenPro is looking for an SMM manager who will work on the development and strengthening of social networks and the implementation of the marketing strategy of the SevenPro brand. If you are a professional in your field, have successful cases of developing pages on LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook, we are waiting for your CV!

Your area of responsibility:

• Developing accounts in social networks: Linkedin (b2b), Instagram, and Facebook (employer brand);
• Writing SMM strategies and developing content plans;
• Creating photo and video content;
• Writing and publishing posts, articles, stories, and reels in English and Ukrainian according to the content plan;
• Assigning tasks to a designer for creating visuals;
• Developing creatives for advertising, launching advertising through Meta Ads, and analyzing results;
• Generating new ideas and testing them;
• Regularly reporting, analyzing efficiency, and adjusting the SMM strategy based on these data.

Skills and requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an SMM manager in an IT company;
• Solid experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook;
• Availability of successful cases of promotion LinkedIn business page;
• Experience in independently compiling an SMM strategy and content plan;
• Experience in developing a complete analysis of the target audience and competitors;
• Knowledge of copywriting and the ability to write texts of any format;
• Ability to work with graphic design platforms (Canva/Figma) and video editors;
• Creativity, the ability to present one's ideas and argue one's vision;
• High level of self-organization and adherence to deadlines;
• Fluency in Ukrainian, including knowledge of modern Ukrainian spelling;
• Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
