What will need to be done: Development and implementation of promotion strategies in social networks (Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn); Generation of new ideas and their testing; Preparation and editing of content for publication (texts, graphics, videos); Interaction with the audience through comments, private messages and other channels; Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of campaigns in social networks; Optimization of company pages on platforms to ensure maximum attendance and engagement of the target audience. Monthly increase in the number of followers. Increase in engagement (likes, comments, content sharing). Building an active community in Meta/LinkedIn. Setting up and launching targeted advertising in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Collection of retargeting lists, work with Audiences. Setting up conversions in Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag. What we expect from you: Experience of working in a similar position for at least 2 years; Excellent understanding of the principles of SMM and marketing in social networks; Availability of successful cases of promotion in Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn; Experience independent preparation of SMM strategy and content plan; High level of self-organization and adherence to deadlines; Creativity, ability to present your ideas and argue your vision; Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-intermediate level and above.
