The new Ukrainian unisex body care brand The Heart Note is looking for an SMM manager to join its team. We, the founders of the brand, are looking for experienced specialists who will work with us on the launch and further development of the brand. Among your responsibilities will be: ⁃ Develop and implement a content strategy for the brand's Instagram, and later — for other communication channels: TikTok, Pinterest, etc. ⁃ Conduct market analysis, competitors, target audience, follow beauty- trends and together with us create a brand that will dictate them. ⁃ Participate in the launch and development of the brand on the Ukrainian market, and later — accompany the launch in Europe as well. ⁃ Generate and test ideas for brand content, analyze their effectiveness. ⁃ Manage the creation of visual and textual content by a copywriter, designer and other contractors.⁃ Organize and control the process of photo and video shooting, implement them independently or with the involvement of contractors.⁃ Independently shoot live, real, not "licked" lifestyle content for Instagram, adhering to aesthetics and visual brand identity.⁃ Oversee the creation of advertising creatives for further use by the target analyst.⁃ Be autonomous enough to be able to make decisions in which you are confident, and team-oriented enough to not hesitate to ask for advice.⁃ Analyze the effectiveness of content, generate reports and work on improvements indicators. We have a high chance of a match if you:⁃ Are located in Kyiv and do not mind working partially or fully from an office in the center of Kyiv.⁃ You have 2+ years of experience in the field of SMM and a portfolio with cases.⁃ Experience in the fields of beauty, wellness or fashion — will be an advantage.⁃ You have skills in working with Figma, video editors, Notion, task managers.⁃ You understand how the sales funnel works in social networks.⁃ You know and like to generate ideas and create aesthetic, unique and effective content.⁃ It will be an advantage , if you have examples of visual works taken by yourself.⁃ You know English at least at the B2 level.
